Welcome to the Capital Furnishing website. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capital Furnishing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Placing an Order
Shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at www.capitalfurnishing.com. You will receive a notification immediately after the order is confirmed. You will also receive a call a day before your scheduled delivery.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards. Only one credit card will be accepted as we cannot process an order on two separate credit cards.
In the case you do not have a credit card, you can transfer the amount directly to our bank account or pay by cash or cheque. In that case, you can email [email protected] or call our Customer Care at 17874400 and provide us with your requested product so that we can provide you with the invoice and our bank details in order arrange a money transfer, or arrange delivery of cash or cheque to our office.
It is essential that you understand that online orders are legally binding contracts.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All merchandise purchases are applicable to VAT under Bahrain's current tax rates. VAT is already included in the price of the items displayed on the website.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are special orders placed on products that are not in stock. It takes from 3 to 6 months for delivery. We will contact you to arrange shipment and delivery after the online purchase.
If the item you would like to pre-order is unavailable on our website, you can request it by email to [email protected] or calling our Customer Care at 17874400 to arrange it.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. All return and exchange transactions require the presence of the original invoice.
2. Customer has the right to refund within 7 days from purchase prov16ided that items are not a pre-order and have yet to be delivered.
3. Customer has the right to exchange purchased items in 14 days from purchase, provided that items are not a pre-order and have yet to be delivered.
4. Customer cannot refund or exchange an item after it has been delivered.
5. Customer cannot return or exchange bed sheets pillow cases, mattresses, accessories, and rugs.
6. Exchanged items are final and cannot be exchanged again.
7. For changes after a pre-order is placed, please call Customer Care on 17874400 within 48 hours after the order has been placed. You will receive a email confirmation from [email protected] with your changes made. Pre-orders cannot be canceled nor changed after 48 hours from orders are placed.
8. Refund amount takes about seven working days from the requested date, as long as items are yet to be delivered/received and the request follows company's terms and conditions.
9. Items on sale or clearance are final sale items and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
10. Damaged products cannot be refunded nor exchanged after delivery. However, defective items can be refunded or exchanged. Please take a moment at the delivery time to inspect all items thoroughly. You may refuse to accept any broken, damaged, defected items by notifying the delivery team and our Customer Care team at the delivery time.
Delivery and Pick-up
1. The company provides free shipping and installation for all areas in Bahrain with a minimum of BD100 per order.
2. We offer free installation for all furniture purchased from our store except for lighting.
3. For delivery to other countries, please contact our Customer Care at [email protected] for more details.
4. Customer has the right to collect their purchases directly from the store or warehouse under the customer's responsibility with previous arrangements. You can pick up your order directly from 9 AM till 5 PM only to prior arrangements. Please get in touch with Customer Care to schedule your pick-up.
5. Please inspect all your items during delivery to ensure nothing is missing.
Although great care is taken while unpacking and delivering, damage occasionally occurs during transit or assembly. Damaged products cannot be refunded nor exchanged after delivery. Please take a moment at the delivery time to inspect all items thoroughly. You may refuse to accept any broken, damaged, defected items by notifying the delivery team and our Customer Care team at the delivery time.
6. The company offers free storage, upon request, for 60 days from the purchase date. Otherwise, delivery for in-stock online purchases is arranged within three working days.
7. In the case of exceeding 60 days free storage period, the company charges a weekly storage fee of 0.5% of the invoice value for a maximum period of 6 months.
Delivery Time
In-stock items – We deliver within three working days of placement of the order with an option for the morning (8 AM to 12 PM) or afternoon delivery (12 PM to 5 PM).
Pre-Order Delivery – We deliver between 3 to 6 months from placing an order for items not in stock.
If you need to reschedule the date, please contact our Customer Care at 17874400 as soon as possible. We request a 24-hour notice if you want to reschedule delivery.
Warranty and After Sales Services:
The company offers a standard warranty for all purchases per manufacturer warranty rules. ??
Modifications to the Services and Prices
Prices for our products on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without any notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or service discontinuation.
Products and Services
Items displayed on our website are limited and do not include all our inventory in stock or displayed in the showroom. Please visit our showroom for a full selection of our products.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
Features and specifications of products described or depicted on our website are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, any accessories or furnishings shown in any product image on the website are not included in the price.
All weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate.
We do our best to ensure that all product colors are displayed accurately. Still, it is best to know that colors vary on different displays and screens.
The variation of color from screen to screen is not a fault or error. If you do wish to return your item based on this variance, it will be classified as a change of mind at the customer's expense.
We have the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
